Lab app · The plan

The plan, loaded.

The firm publishes a plan every quarter and the lab is accountable for the research half of one objective in it. Alignments, priority weights and half the language on the board are claims about that plan — so it is held as a versioned object, loaded from the published document rather than retyped, with the wording as published.

the plan's own admission

As published, in the plan's own words. The lab is accountable for the research half of C.3 and is a named dependency on several others — which is the first time the plan has pointed back at it. Priority comes from here and never changes what the evidence says: a board-critical field with nothing tested is still signal tier.
